Returns and Exchanges

All Flybyfly products come with a 30 day no-questions-asked returns to ensure your peace of mind.

For a successful return, ensure that your purchased product reaches us in a new condition—untouched, unwashed, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

We cannot process refunds or exchanges for items that show signs of use, washing, or have been removed from their original packaging.

Please include a copy of your invoice with the return package.

Please note that postage costs for cancellations or returns are not covered by us.

Upon receiving and inspecting the goods, we will promptly arrange an exchange, issue a credit note, or refund your payment in full, excluding the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of this transaction via email.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the order back.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and email us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/s, so that we can review the issue and do what is necessary to rectify your purchase.

Delivery Terms

  1.  We pack and ship orders Monday to Friday. We aim to ship your order by the next business day, if not earlier. In some cases during or immediately after sale periods shipping times may increase. Please select Express Post if you want to guarantee quick dispatch and delivery.

  2. A tracking number will be provided once your package is dispatched.

  3. Within Australia most packages should be delivered within 2-6 days of dispatch.

  4. For International deliveries please allow approximately 1-3 weeks, depending on your location , and customers are responsible for any customs & duties fees if applicable. 

  5. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.

  6. We base our time estimates on regular deliveries but do not guarantee delivery by these timeframes due to the possibility of fluctuations within the postal system.

  7. Missing or non delivered parcels need to be reported to us within 30 days within Australia and 60 days internationally. Any orders returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office will be refunded minus shipping costs. You need to contact us to arrange redelivery within 30 days of re-dispatch, after which the refund will be processed automatically.
